Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum CLB 4-5 in English (lower than most provinces)
  • Work experience in eligible occupation (1+ years)
  • Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)
  • SINP points score of 60+ (out of 100)
  • Settlement funds proof
  • Intention to live in Saskatchewan

SINP Points System

The SINP uses a points-based system evaluating:

  • Education (up to 23 points)
  • Work Experience (up to 15 points)
  • Language Ability (up to 20 points)
  • Age (up to 12 points)
  • Connection to Saskatchewan (up to 30 points)
